YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

How Inwood Group collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services.

Effective August 29, 2026
01

Overview and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Inwood Group website, contact and concierge requests, consumer credit applications, and our customer relationship-management system. It explains our general website and service practices.

Financial privacy notices

When required, we may provide a separate financial privacy notice, credit authorization, consent, or other disclosure for a particular financing or leasing service. That specific notice or authorization supplements this Policy and controls if its terms differ.

02

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, Social Security number, and driver-license images.
  • Residence information: current and previous addresses, housing status, monthly housing payment, and time at each residence.
  • Employment and financial information: employer, occupation, work telephone number, employment history, income, vehicle preferences, and budget.
  • Communications and service records: messages, requests, preferred contact method, application status, follow-up dates, and internal service notes.
  • Technical and security information: IP address and basic request information used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and protect submitted forms.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver-license images, account numbers, or credit-report information through ordinary email, text message, or a general contact form. Use only our designated secure application.

03

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide concierge, vehicle sourcing, financing, leasing, or credit-support services.
  • Create and maintain customer and application records, verify identity, review requests, and coordinate next steps.
  • Evaluate or help process a financing or leasing request when you direct or authorize us to do so.
  • Communicate about an application, appointment, requested service, document, or follow-up.
  • Protect customers, staff, and systems; detect fraud or misuse; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and improve our website and workflow.

Submitting a general inquiry is not, by itself, authorization to obtain a consumer report. Any credit-report authorization will be presented separately when required.

04

How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the services you request or as permitted by law, including to:

  • Authorized Inwood Group personnel who need the information to manage your request.
  • Lenders, lessors, dealers, credit bureaus, or other financing participants when you request or authorize a transaction and the disclosure is permitted by law.
  • Service providers supporting secure hosting, document storage, email delivery, information technology, security, professional services, or business operations.
  • Government, regulatory, legal, or safety recipients when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.
  • A successor organization in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Manager notification emails contain a limited application summary and a secure CRM link. Social Security numbers, birth dates, and driver-license files are intentionally excluded from those emails.

05

How we protect information

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. The current application system encrypts Social Security numbers and birth dates before storage, restricts sensitive-data access to authorized managers, logs protected-data access, stores license files in a restricted location, and uses secure links for staff review.

No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials, use our secure application for sensitive documents, and contact us promptly if you believe information may have been submitted or accessed improperly.

06

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can vary based on the type of record and the service involved. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or de-identify it.

07

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we maintain. We will evaluate requests after reasonably verifying identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. You may also ask us to update your communication preferences.

If information has already been provided to a lender or another independent third party at your request, that organization’s privacy practices and legal obligations apply to its copy of the information.

08

Online services and third parties

Our hosting provider and necessary website services may process basic technical information to deliver and secure the site. The site may request fonts from Google, which can cause your browser to transmit standard network and device information to Google. Links to Google reviews, social media, lenders, dealers, or other external websites are governed by those organizations’ own privacy policies.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

09

Policy updates

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another appropriate method.
